Stephanie, a stunning model for Richard's International Model Management, is focused, driven and educated to know that in order to succeed in the pressure of the modeling business, she can only settle for excellence and nothing less.

Her modeling career took off in her early teens, when most of us were uncomfortably dealing with acne, puberty and first dates.

"A scout discovered me when I was 14 or 15, and wanted me to go to Japan. I didn't want to go, so I went with Vanity," said Stephanie, who stayed with them for a short while before moving on to Ford agency for two years.

It was only a couple of months ago that Richard's International Model Management signed Stephanie. Still young and in her prime, Stephanie oozes a healthy fixation on what her modeling future would look like.

She has not traveled much with her modeling, but would definitely like to travel to Germany, Los Angeles, New York and Paris.
But the one thing she truly wants to do with her career is to send the message that "beauty comes from within." When she isn't admiring the classic cuts of Ralph Lauren or Donna Karan, it is only befitting that Stephanie would like to start her own fashion line "full of accessories, shoes, jeans and bags."
